Abstract
Con la nueva modalidad de educación a distancia, las estrategias empleadas por las
docentes se han adaptado al nuevo contexto tomando en cuenta las características
propias de esta modalidad de enseñanza y aprendizaje. La presente investigación tiene
como objetivo analizar las estrategias que la docente utiliza para favorecer el desarrollo
de la regulación emocional en una educación a distancia con niños de 5 años de una
Institución Educativa Inicial del distrito de Breña. La investigación tiene un enfoque
cualitativo y de tipo descriptivo. Se usó dos técnicas con sus instrumentos. La primera es
la entrevista semiestructurada con la guía de la entrevista y la segunda es la observación
con la guía de observación, las cuales fueron aplicadas a la docente del aula de 5 años.
Lo resultados muestran que hay conocimiento acerca de los beneficios de la regulación
emocional en el desarrollo del niño, como también sobre sus componentes. Asimismo,
las estrategias utilizadas por la docente se han realizado usando recursos tecnológicos
y aprovechando los espacios y las experiencias que la casa ofrece. Por último, en la
aplicación de las estrategias, el diálogo reflexivo y la cooperación con los padres han
sido primordial para lograr realizar las actividades.
With the new distance education modality, the strategies used by the teachers have been adapted to the new context, taking into account the characteristics of this teaching and learning modality. The present research aims to analyze the strategies that the teacher uses to favor the development of emotional regulation in distance education with 5-yearold children from an Initial Educational Institution in the Breña district. The research has a qualitative and descriptive approach. Two techniques were used with his instruments. The first is the semi-structured interview with the interview guide and the second is the observation with the observation guide, which were applied to the 5-year-old classroom teacher. The results show that there is knowledge about the benefits of emotional regulation in the development of the child, as well as about its components. Likewise, the strategies used by the teacher have been carried out using technological resources and taking advantage of the spaces and experiences that the house offers. Finally, in the application of the strategies, reflective dialogue and cooperation with parents have been essential to achieve the activities.
