Maltrato y falta de respeto a la vida animal y la necesidad de analizar las causas que intervienen en el desarrollo de la conciencia ciudadana

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolla bajo el enfoque cualitativo cuya orientación permite descubrir el sentido y el significado de las acciones humanas y sociales. Se emplea el análisis de contenido para destacar relevantes aspectos conceptuales, por lo que se aplica un estudio riguroso, ordenado y orientado a obtener conclusiones con argumentos válidos, cuyas premisas o afirmaciones sirvan de base o fundamento para posteriores investigaciones. El objetivo es analizar cómo se favorece la conciencia ciudadana a partir de la protección y el respeto a la vida animal, se describen las causas que originan la falta de respeto a la vida animal en la ciudadanía, se identifica la ausencia de lineamientos en el Diseño Curricular Nacional orientados a la protección y respeto a la vida animal. Se describen los beneficios que brindan los animales al bienestar emocional de la ciudadanía. Se justifica la investigación por ser conveniente y por la relevancia social que alcanza. Para efectos de conocer los hallazgos, encontramos la falta de empoderamiento de las potencialidades naturales de los ciudadanos para la reflexión sobre un mundo que cambia día a día, que exige de un impulso innovador en el que el eje medular del comportamiento ciudadano sea el respeto, garantizando la primacía por hacer el bien, que solo a partir de la moralidad podrá alcanzarse la calidad de vida esperada. La influencia positiva que producen los animales menores a los ciudadanos con dolencias físicas o emocionales. Se realiza una macrodescripción sobre los alcances de la bioética cuya razón de existencia es el cuidado de la vida en el planeta. Se concluye que el desconocimiento del ciudadano respecto a la sintiencia que poseen los animales no humanos condiciona un tratamiento inhumano considerándolos entes a disposición y dominio, es así que el antropocentrismo aparece como una constante en la violencia y maltrato animal pasivo y activo.

This research is developed under a qualitative approach whose orientation allows discovering the meaning and meaning of human and social actions. Content analysis is used to highlight relevant conceptual aspects by applying a rigorous and orderly study aimed at obtaining conclusions with valid arguments, whose premises or affirmations will serve as the basis or foundation for further research. The objective is to analyze how citizen awareness is promoted from the protection and respect of animal life, the causes that originate the lack of respect for animal life in citizens are described, and the absence of guidelines in the curricular design is identified national oriented to the protection and respect for animal life. The benefits that animals provide to the emotional well-being of citizens are described. The research is justified because it is convenient and because of the social relevance it achieves. For the purposes of knowing the findings, we find the lack of empowerment of the natural potential of citizens for reflection on a world that changes day by day, which requires an innovative impulse in which the core axis of citizen behavior is respect, guaranteeing the primacy for doing good, that only from morality can the expected quality of life be achieved. The positive influence that minor animals produce on citizens with physical or emotional ailments. A macro description is made of the scope of bioethics whose reason for existence is caring for life on the planet. It is concluded that the ignorance of the citizen regarding the sentience that non-human animals have conditions an inhuman treatment considering them available and dominating entities, anthropocentrism appears as a constant in violence and passive and active animal abuse.
