La suspensión perfecta: ¿Una oportunidad para la empresa o un abuso para sus trabajadores?

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizará la suspensión perfecta de labores en el Perú, la misma que ha sido regulada por el Decreto de Urgencia N.º 038-2020 debido a la pandemia generada por el COVID- 19. Con relación a ello, se van a abordar, por un lado, los efectos del COVID-19 en las empresas y la acción que tomó el Estado: la suspensión perfecta. Por otro lado, se evaluarán los efectos de la suspensión perfecta en la empresa y en los trabajadores, y, finalmente, los efectos financieros/contables de la suspensión perfecta. Sobre la base de esto, se ha determinado que la mencionada norma fue un beneficio para que se pueda continuar con el principio de empresa en marcha.In this paper, the perfect suspension of work in Peru is analyzed, the same that has been regulated by Urgency Decree No. 038-2020 due to the pandemic generated by Covid-16. Address, on the one hand, the effects of Covid-19 on companies and State action, which include the implications of Covid on companies and the actions taken by the Peruvian State in the face of the pandemic: Perfect suspension.
