escalas.

In order to evaluate this correlation, the Coping Inventory (COPE) developed by Carver et al. (1989) and the Spirituality Questionnaire developed by Parsian and Dunning (2009) was used. Significant direct correlations were found between 7 coping strategies and the four dimensions of spirituality. Besides, there was found a large use of religious coping and positive reinterpretation strategy. It was also found that age, place of birth, marital status, role fulfilled within AA and time of assistance to women’s group influenced some of the scales.
