Abstract
Este artículo es un ejercicio en el realismo legal. Sin embargo, el autor aún no tratará de presentar un cuadro comprensivo de realismo legal. Más bien, se restringirá a argumentar, de forma directa, a favor de siete tesis puramente realistas.
This article is an exercise in legal realism. However, the author will not even try to present a comprehensive picture of legal realism. He shall confine himself to arguing, in a straightforward way, in favor of seven purely realistic theses.
