The vision of the current strategic plan for the Peruvian corn industry is to attain a growth of the whole industry related to the varieties of exportable Peruvian corn, with a long term focus. In order to establish the proper strategies and to achieve the objectives, it will start by gathering updated information of the corn industry globally, which involves both an internal as an external analysis. Next, the sequential model of the strategic process designed by D'Alessio (2015) is developed, from which it was concluded that Peru has a convenient opportunity since it has corn varieties that have not been tapped in all of their benefits yet and that cannot be compared with the corn that is traded globally. Furthermore, Peru has other opportunities such as its strategic geographical location for export, the accessibility of the free trade agreements and the good positioning of the Peru trademark globally. The main motivation of this study is to find the strategies that will allow invoicing US$ 100,000,000 in a competitive industry, reaching a ROS of 51 % and thus creating 800,000 jobs by 2027. Furthermore, it seeks to enhance the Peruvian identity through national products, fostering values such as invention, integrity, a feeling of pride, and shared social responsibility. All of these objectives will be achieved while supported by the technological development
