Participación de un grupo de mujeres del proyecto Tejiendo Oportunidades de la ONG Ruwasunchis

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio consiste en explorar las características de participación de las mujeres que son parte del proyecto Tejiendo Oportunidades de la ONG Ruwasunchis. Para ello se realizó un acercamiento cualitativo a las experiencias de participación de 7 mujeres que forman del proyecto hace mínimo dos años. La técnica de recojo de información que se utilizó fue una guía de entrevistas que contempló dos ejes principalmente: Motivación e ingreso al proyecto y Formas de organización los cuales se plantearon bajo la propuesta teórica de Hart (2001) y Montero (2004). Se categorizó la información recogida a partir de la pregunta de investigación, posteriormente se realizó el análisis de contenido. Los resultados se desarrollan en base a dos ejes de sentido. El primero de ellos es Características que favorecen la participación y el segundo, Características que dificultan la participación. Ambos ejes contienen categorías agrupadas según el grupo de mujeres y la gestión del proyecto. Se concluye con la participación de estas mujeres se caracteriza por ser genuina y comprometida con miras a transformaciones individuales y colectivas.

The aim of this study is to explore the characteristics of participation of women who are part of the project Weaving Opportunities NGO Ruwasunchis. This requires a qualitative experiences of participation of 7 women who form the project at least two years approach was performed. The information gathering technique that was used was an interview guide that included two main axes: Motivation and income to the project and forms of organization which arose under the theoretical proposal Hart (2001) and Montero (2004). the information gathered from the research question was categorized subsequently content analysis was performed. The results are developed based on two axes of meaning. The first is characteristics that favor the participation and the second features that hinder participation. Both axes contain categories grouped by group of women and project management. It concludes with the participation of these women are characterized as genuine and committed towards individual and collective transformations.
