En las siguientes líneas, el autor nos explica el régimen legal de las tarifas sujetas a concesiones portuarias otorgados bajo la Ley del Sistema Portuario Nacional, así como algunos antecedentes relevantes que ayudan a explicar y comprender este régimen y su aplicación.
