The purpose of the study was to recognize the power tactics used by educators in educational organizations in the locality of Huánuco. The methodological approach was based on data collection through semi-structured interviews with three teachers who teach at the secondary school level. Subsequently, an analysis matrix was elaborated to order and evaluate the information collected. From the results obtained, it was established that teachers implement various power strategies in order to achieve their objectives and exert influence through their positions, which influences the behavior and thinking of both other teachers and students.
