estudiantes.
There are different national and international documents that consider the teaching function as one of the main axes to guarantee the achievement of learning. In Peru, the role of the teacher in Regular Basic Education is reflected in the document called Marco del Buen Desempeño Docente. For that reason, the present qualitative research aims to understand the Subjective Theories of the teachers of the VI and VII cycle of Regular Basic Education about Domain 2 (teaching for learning) of the aforementioned document. The information was obtained through the semi-standardized semi-structured interview technique, which was organized into 4 specific areas around the general use of the document and what is proposed in Domain 2 of MBDD (create a climate conducive to learning, driving of the teaching process and permanent evaluation of learning). Teachers from different Curricular Areas of the VI and VII cycle of Regular Basic Education were interviewed, The information obtained was analyzed following the proposal of the systematic grounded theory, from which it was possible to recognize how the TS of teachers are in relation to Domain 2 of the document called Marco del Buen desempeño docente. The main theories identified reflect the practicality of the MBDD as a useful guiding document to develop the competencies for good educational practice, since it promotes teacher reflection and self-assessment. The aforementioned could be based on the one hand on the permanent updating of the teacher, since this allows him to acquire theoretical / academic knowledge in various topics such as formative evaluation, learning by competences, etc. On the other hand, the development of the competencies proposed in the Currículo Nacional de Educación is added to this, since teachers observe favorable results in the learning achievements of the students.
