Revisión sistemática de modelos de implementación de soluciones e-learning en base a una dinámica de gestión del conocimiento en el entorno empresarial

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo identificar, mediante una
revisión sistemática de la información, la existencia de modelos de adopción o
implementación de soluciones tecnológicas de aprendizaje (e-learning) en el sector
empresarial, enfocándose en aquellos modelos relacionados con dinámicas de gestión
del conocimiento en dichas organizaciones. La metodología cualitativa utilizada se
centra en la revisión exhaustiva de fuentes secundarias para comprender los factores
clave en la implementación de e-learning en entornos empresariales con gestión del
conocimiento. Durante la revisión, se identificaron dieciséis estudios relevantes, de los
cuales cinco destacaron por la calidad de sus hallazgos en la identificación de estos
factores. Aunque no se encontraron estudios que traten específicamente la
implementación de e-learning basados en modelos de gestión del conocimiento, sí se
identificaron factores destacados que deben de considerarse en el desarrollo de futuros
modelos de implementación. Esto abre una oportunidad para que futuras
investigaciones profundicen en la relación entre la gestión del conocimiento, los modelos
de aprendizaje organizacional y la implementación de soluciones e-learning. Además,
el presente documento presenta un modelo propuesto que integra factores relacionados
con la gestión del conocimiento, proporcionando una base para investigaciones futuras
en esta intersección crucial entre los procesos de aprendizaje y la gestión del
conocimiento en las organizaciones.
The purpose of this research is to identify, through a systematic review of information, the existence of models for the adoption or implementation of technological learning solutions (e-learning) in the business sector, focusing on those models related to knowledge management dynamics in these organizations. The qualitative methodology used focuses on the exhaustive review of secondary sources to understand the key factors in the implementation of e-learning in business environments with knowledge management. During the review, sixteen relevant studies were identified, of which five stood out for the quality of their findings in identifying these factors. Although no studies were found that specifically deal with the implementation of e-learning based on knowledge management models, outstanding factors were identified that should be considered in the development of future implementation models. This opens an opportunity for future research to delve deeper into the relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning models and the implementation of e-learning solutions. Furthermore, this paper presents a proposed model that integrates factors related to knowledge management, providing a foundation for future research at this crucial intersection between learning processes and knowledge management in organizations.
