Cambio en las representaciones del Self y del otro en un proceso de psicoterapia breve en una mujer violentada por su pareja

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación es un estudio sistemático de caso único llevado a cabo a partir de un proceso de psicoterapia psicoanalítica breve con una mujer violentada en el contexto de relación con su pareja. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar el cambio en las representaciones del Self y sus otros significativos en una mujer violentada por su pareja entre la fase inicial y final de un proceso de psicoterapia breve. Para ello, se utilizó la Escala de Diferenciación y Relacionamiento- D-RS- que permitió evaluar las representaciones del Self y los otros significativos. Los resultados encontrados muestran que en la primera etapa se obtuvo un nivel de representación de nivel 4, es decir, de Idealización y Denigración, según la clasificación del D-RS en la que hay un predominio de representaciones polarizadas y unitarias. Asimismo, se analizó los contenidos de las representaciones tomando en cuenta en los espacios intrasubjetivos, intersubjetivos y transubjetivos de la violencia. En cuanto a los resultados en la fase final de la intervención, se evidencian cambios las representaciones llegando al nivel 5 de Semidiferenciación, en la que hay un intento de integrar los aspectos dispares del Self y los otros significativos. Finalmente, se procede discutir los alcances y las limitaciones de los resultados de la investigación.In the present research work, a systematic study of a single case is carried out based on a process of brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy with a woman who was battered in a context of intimate relationship. The objective of the study is to be able to evaluate the change in the representations of the Self and its significant others in a woman battered by her partner between the initial and final phase of a brief psychotherapy process. For this, the Differentiation Relatedness sScale -D-RS- was used, which allowed to evaluate the representations of the Self and the significant others. The results show that in the first stage a level 4 representation was obtained, that is, Idealization and Denigration, according to the D-RS classification, in which there is a predominance of polarized and unitary representations. Likewise, the contents of the representations were analyzed taking into account the intrasubjective, intersubjective and transsubjective spaces of violence. As for the results in the final phase of the intervention, there are changes in the representations, reaching level 5 of Semi-differentiation, in which there is an attempt to integrate the disparate aspects of the Self and the other significant ones. Finally, the scope and limitations of the research results are discussed.
