This research aims to find a relationship between life satisfaction and religious commitment in two Catholic church groups from Lima. The sample was composed by 117 active members of both church groups. The Survey, which was applied at the end of each church group’s meetings, emerged from an emic study that was performed as a part of the investigation. The results indicated that the sample had a high level of heterogeneity; therefore a conglomerate analysis was conducted. This analysis divided the sample into four groups: The evangelized, the vulnerated, the embraced and the affiliative. A relationship between both variables, life satisfaction and religious commitment, was found and it depended on which of the four groups the sample belonged.
