Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer el nivel de conocimiento
sobre las dificultades fonológicas en docentes de niveles inicial y primaria del
Consorcio de Centros Educativos Católicos Región Centro, en una muestra
constituida por 53 docentes. Para la investigación, se emplea el diseño descriptivo
comparativo y de enfoque cuantitativo; puesto que se busca comparar los niveles de
conocimiento según tiempo de experiencia laboral docente, institución de formación
superior de procedencia y ciclo de la Educación Básica Regular. Para la recolección
los datos, se aplica el “Cuestionario sobre los Conocimiento de las Dificultades
Fonológicas”, en docentes de niveles inicial y primaria, el cual fue diseñado por las
investigadoras. Los resultados arrojan que los docentes de niveles inicial y primaria
muestran un nivel regular sobre el conocimiento de las dificultades fonológicas;
además, se encuentra que el nivel de conocimiento sobre la dimensión desarrollo
fonológico no es regular; mientras que, en la dimensión procesos de simplificación
fonológica es bajo. Por otra parte, se determina que el nivel de conocimiento no
incrementa según el tiempo laboral docente, pero sí varía según la institución de
formación superior de procedencia e incrementa según el ciclo según la Educación
Básica Regular.
The objective of this research is to know the level of knowledge about phonological difficulties in teachers of initial and primary levels of the Consortium of Catholic Educational Centers Central Region, in a sample made up of 53 teachers. For this research, a descriptive comparative design and a quantitative approach is use; since it was sought to compare the levels of knowledge according to time of teaching work experience, institution of higher education of origin and cycle of Regular Basic Education. To collect the data, the Questionnaire on Knowledge of Phonological Difficulties is apply in teachers of initial and primary levels, which was designed by the researchers. The results show that teachers of initial and primary levels show a regular level of knowledge of phonological difficulties; Furthermore, it is found that the level of knowledge about the phonological development dimension is not regular; while, in the dimension phonological simplification processes it is low. On the other hand, it was determined that the level of knowledge does not increase according to the teaching time, but it does vary according to the institution of higher education of origin and increases according to the cycle according to Regular Basic Education.
