Programa de entrenamiento “Comunícate conmigo” aplicado a los padres de un niño de 4 años con trastorno del lenguaje: un estudio de caso

Abstract
La presente investigación se centra en la necesidad de ofrecer nuevas formas de intervención en un contexto de pandemia, en el que el acceso a las terapias especializadas por diferentes factores limitó el avance y logro de objetivos en los niños con trastornos del lenguaje. A partir de esta idea, surgió la necesidad del trabajo más activo y organizado de la madre de un niño de 4 años con un trastorno del lenguaje, desde la perspectiva sociointeraccionista. En tal sentido, se entrenó en el manejo de estrategias para mejorar las conductas comunicativas e interactivas con el menor, con intención de potenciar el lenguaje del mismo. Del mismo modo, se elaboró la Lista de evaluación de habilidades comunicativas en padres, el cual fue sometido a criterio de jueces para la validez necesaria, ello permitió evaluar el desempeño de la madre en el programa “Comunícate conmigo”. El análisis comparativo del pre-post test indicó que la madre logró adquirir habilidades que incluye brindar modelos de estructuras oracionales, elogiar de manera objetiva el lenguaje adecuado del menor, además de devolver el enunciado mejorado para así ampliar la oración emitida por el niño.
The current investigation focus in the necessity of offering new alternatives of intervention in the context of a pandemic in which, because of various factors, the access to specialized therapies limited the advancement and achievement of objectives in children with language disorders. Based on that idea, the priority of the active and organized work of the parents a 4 year old child with a language disorder, emerged from the socio- interactionist perspective. The mother is trained with strategies that allowed the child to improve in the area of communicative and interactive conduct with the intention of empowering his language potential. In the same manner, an evaluation list of communicative abilities in parents was elaborated which was submitted to the criteria of the judges for its necessary validation, this permitted the evaluation of the performance of the mother in the program “Communicate with me.” The comparative analysis of the pre-post test indicates that the mother attained to acquire abilities that include bringing models of sentences structures, praise the adequate language of the minor in an objective manner while also returning the statement enhanced to widen the sentence structure emitted by the child.
