This research seeks to analyze and understand the factors that affect the implementation of the professional volunteering project SÁBADO CREA+ developed in Peru by the ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL CREA+ (ACC) and carried out in different schools in vulnerable areas of Lima Capital City, as well as some provinces from 2010. This project has the participation of volunteers, mainly young adults, who provide an experience of service to children and adolescents who represent their target. The research applies a qualitative methodological approach, as it seeks to investigate and understand some perceptions about the project SÁBADO CREA+, in vulnerable areas of Lima Capital City, by volunteers and former beneficiaries, when they were children. Identifying impact through the time in projects developed using Social Management, this research findings showed a development of a trust bond between volunteers and CREA+ former beneficiaries. A modification in previous behavior of former beneficiaries as a result of participating in the project is analyzed. Going to improve their self-esteem, the ability to develop their own goals, and the possibility of accessing a higher education that allows them better living conditions for themselves and their families. In addition, the study identifies an expressed intention of former beneficiaries to become CREA+ volunteers as a result of their experience. Recognizing responsibilities that this work should have in their lives, along with reasons that do not make that intention sustainable over time. To finally identify opportunities for improvement to this project by volunteers and former beneficiaries that could be replicated to similar projects or programs in Peru. As well as other Latin American countries (LATAM) that seek to establish efforts to put children, their right to education and their protection as priorities.
