La Perspectiva LGBTIQ+ de las Comisiones de la Verdad de Perú, Ecuador y Brasil y sus Aportes para el Caso Colombiano

Resumen
Dentro de los conflictos armados, las personas LGBTIQ+ son víctimas de una
violencia agravada por la discriminación histórica que se fundamenta en ciertos ideales
biológicos, morales, heteronormativos y patriarcales. A partir de esta premisa, las
Comisiones de la Verdad como organismos encargados de esclarecer las graves
violaciones a los derechos humanos que se ocasionaron en determinados periodos,
están llamadas a emplear un enfoque diferenciado, para desentrañar aquellas
transgresiones que se cometieron en contra de personas con orientaciones sexuales o
identidades de género diversas, con el fin que sean visibilizadas y dignificadas.
Este artículo de reflexión tiene el propósito de exponer la importancia y el alcance
de esta perspectiva por medio de un análisis comparativo entre las comisiones de la
verdad de los países de Perú, Ecuador y Brasil, que han tratado este tema de manera
diferenciada en Sudamérica. Como resultado, se logran evaluar algunos parámetros
que fueron utilizados por la Comisión para el Esclarecimiento de la Verdad, la
Convivencia y la no Repetición en Colombia- CEV para la elaboración de su informe
final. Estas lecciones están encaminadas en promover la inclusión social y la
visibilización; ahondar en la identificación y estudio de este tipo de casos y desentrañar
las causas de la violencia LGBTIQ+ a partir de la identificación de los distintos sesgos
ideológicos y normativos que se enardecen en tiempos de hostilidades.
Within armed conflicts, LGBTIQ+ people are victims of violence aggravated by historical discrimination based on biological, moral, heteronormative and patriarchal ideals. Based on this premise, the Truth Commissions, are organizations responsible for clarifying the serious violations of human rights that occurred in certain periods, also, 2 the Truth Commissions are called to use a differentiated approach, to unravel those transgressions that were committed against people with diverse sexual orientations or gender identities, in order to make them visible and dignified. This article has the purpose of exposing the importance and scope of this perspective through a comparative analysis between the truth commissions of the countries of Peru, Ecuador and Brazil, which have dealt with this issue differently in South America. As a result, some parameters were evaluated and used in the final inform of the Commission for the Clarification of Truth, Coexistence and Non-Repetition in Colombia-CEV. These aspects are aimed at promoting social inclusion and visibility, delving into the identification and study of these types of cases and unraveling the causes of LGBT violence from the identification of the different ideological and normative biases that are inflamed in times of hostilities.
