Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo el objetivo de analizar las metas y valores de bienestar de los
agricultores beneficiarios del programa Sierra Productiva en la región La Libertad del Perú.
Para ello, se realizaron 31 entrevistas con la guía de componentes émicos del bienestar de
Yamamoto (2004). Como resultado, se observaron las siguientes metas: Buena Agricultura,
Familia, Conseguir dinero, Hijos profesionales y Salud. Asimismo, los valores encontrados
refieren a Compartir y apoyar, No generar conflictos y respetar, Contribuir en la comunidad y
Trabajar. Por lo hallado, se entiende que los valores son componentes transversales y
dinámicos para cada meta planteada por los agricultores. Además, las metas encontradas
están orientadas al desarrollo del endogrupo más cercano (la familia), mientras que los
valores hablan más sobre la búsqueda por el progreso de la comunidad. Los resultados ponen
en evidencia los diferentes niveles de importancia que tienen los grupos sociales a los que
pertenece el individuo.
The aim of the study was to analyze the goals and wellbeing values of the farmers beneficiaries of Sierra Productiva program in La Libertad region of Peru. For this reason, 31 interviews were conducted using the wellbeing emic components guide made by Yamamoto (2004). As a result, the following goals were observed: Good Agriculture, Family, Getting Money and Development. In addition, the values found were Share and support, Do not generate conflicts and respect, Contribute to the community and Work. Therefore, it is understood that values are transversal and dynamic components for each goal proposed by the interviewers. In addition, the goals found are oriented towards the development of the closest in-group (the family), while values oriented towards the community. Our finding shows the different levels of importance of the social groups to which the individual belongs.
