Resumen
El desarrollo del presente trabajo constituye un acercamiento hacia las condiciones
laborales de los operadores de transporte urbano regular de pasajeros de Lima
Metropolitana (cobradores y conductores), para de esa manera observarlos y,
aplicando el correspondiente análisis legal de su situación laboral y del estado de la
seguridad y salud en el trabajo en este campo, determinar la forma jurídica y contenido
de una propuesta normativa de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para los operadores de
transporte urbano regular de pasajeros del país.
Para ello fue necesario realizar el levantamiento de información de las condiciones de
trabajo y salud de conductores y cobradores correspondientes a empresas de
transporte de Lima Metropolitana; lográndose entrevistar a veintinueve (29)
conductores y cobradores de doce (12) empresas de transporte urbano regular de
pasajeros de la ciudad de Lima.
Se aplicó un esquema de preguntas vinculadas a posibles factores de riesgo,
tomándose como referencia la data encontrada en estudios nacionales e
internacionales vinculados al tema.
Los resultados obtenidos detectaron la presencia de diversos factores de riesgo, entre
ellos, factores de riesgo biopsicosociales, disergonómicos, físicos, químicos y
vinculados al género y a la edad; información de gran utilidad para evaluar la viabilidad
de una norma de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para los operadores de transporte
urbano regular de pasajeros del país.
This study constitute an approach to labour conditions from regular urban transport operators of Lima City (drivers and collectors) observe them, and then apply legal analysis about their labour situation and the occupational safety and health state in this field. Straightaway, the legal form and the content of a legislative proposal relating to safety and health at work will be determinated for regular urban transport operators of the country. To achieve that objective was require to gather information about the occupational safety and health conditions of the drivers and collectors from urban transport companies of Lima City, getting interview to twenty nine (29) drivers and twelve (12) collectors from twelve (12) regular urban passenger transport companies of Lima. A system of questions related to possible risk factors was applied taking as reference, the data found in national and international studies related to the subject. The results detect the presence of various risk factors like biopsychosocial, nonergonomics, physicists and chemists factors, besides risk factors related to gender and age. This information will be useful to assess the feasibility of a legal standard about health and safety at work for operators of regular urban passenger transport in the country.
