Estado del Arte: TIC y mejora del proceso enseñanza - aprendizaje en la educación básica

Abstract

En los últimos años, el uso de las TIC ha impactado en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje de manera significativa. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el uso de las TIC y su relación con la mejora del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje en la educación básica regular en los últimos 15 años. Así pues, esta investigación de tipo documental recoge, analiza, interpreta y reflexiona información de diversas fuentes como tesis, libros y artículos de investigación a partir del objetivo de estudio presentado. Asimismo, con respecto a la estructura, la información se ha organizado en tres apartados fundamentales, los cuales son los siguientes: innovación educativa, interacción docente - estudiante, e impacto en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje. De estos, se desprenden subtemas como el desarrollo de competencias digitales, la implementación de nuevas metodologías educativas activas, el nuevo rol del docente y estudiante, y la construcción de nuevos espacios dinámicos y motivadores de aprendizaje, en la que las tecnologías asumen un rol fundamental. Por último, a partir de la información analizada, se reflexiona de manera crítica sobre los hallazgos que evidencian que el uso de las TIC ha influenciado de manera favorable en la mejora del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje. De esta forma, las nuevas tecnologías brindan la posibilidad de transformar la educación tradicional en una educación más innovadora y motivadora, en la que el docente asume un rol de guía y orientador, y el estudiante se convierte en un actor educativo activo en la era digital. Al mismo tiempo, se muestra la importancia y necesidad de continuar con las investigaciones sobre el impacto y uso significativo de las TIC para la mejora continua del proceso enseñanza - aprendizaje, ya que ante la pandemia por el Covid - 19, se exige que tanto docentes como estudiantes desarrollen competencias digitales.

In recent years, the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) has had a significant impact on the teaching-learning process. In this sense, the present research work aims to analyze the use of ICT and its relationship with the improvement of the teaching-learning process in regular basic education in the last 15 years. Thus, this documentary-type research collects, analyzes, interprets and reflects information from various sources such as thesis, books, and research articles based on the objective of the study presented. Likewise, concerning the structure, the information has been organized into three fundamental sections, which are the following:

educational innovation, teacher-student interaction, and impact on the teaching- learning process. From these, subtopics emerge such as the development of digital

skills, the implementation of new active educational methodologies, the new role of the teacher and student, and the construction of new dynamic and motivating learning spaces, in which technologies assume a fundamental role. Finally, based on the information analyzed, a critical reflection is made on the findings that show that the use of new technologies has favorably influenced the improvement of the teaching-learning process. In this way, new technologies offer the possibility of transforming traditional education into a more innovative and motivating education, in which the teacher assumes a guide and guidance role, and the student becomes an active educational actor in the digital age. At the same time, it shows the importance and needs to continue with research on the impact and significant use of ICT for the continuous improvement of the teaching-learning process, since in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is required that both teachers as students develop digital skills.
