dc.description.abstractEl presente texto está destinado a brindar un marco de referencia informativo y conceptual, desde una perspectiva histórica y jurídica, de aproximación al sistema legal japonés, enfocado en la etapa formativa anterior a la Restauración Meiji (1868). Esta delimitación se justifica en virtud de que tal acontecimiento histórico puso fm a dos siglos y medio de autoaislamiento nipón, lo que inició un acelerado proceso de radical reforma legal y política bajo pronunciada influencia occidental.es_ES
