The study describes and examines the relationship between the variables of digital skills and learning strategies taking into account the study conditions in the context of COVID-19. The sample was composed of 280 students from a public university in the Huancavelica region. Instruments with validity and reliability were created and used. A hypothetical model was proposed among the three variables that was studied by means of a path analysis in order to develop the general objective of the research. The results confirm three proposed hypotheses and demonstrate that the strategies of deep learning mediate the use of the six digital competencies and the conditions of study under the context of the COVID-19. However, a direct relationship between the superficial learning strategies and the proposed study variables was not found. Also, six specific objectives were developed in relation to two variables of which a similarity with the mentioned results was found. Likewise, significant differences were shown in relation to sex, career, financing, self-demand and others. Thus, the study follows a line of research on technology-enhanced learning. Therefore, these findings are described and discussed according to the scope and limitations of the study. In addition, future lines of research are recommended.
