Crea+Perú como agente de cambio en el desarrollo de capacidades y potenciación de talentos en estudiantes de nivel secundaria : Caso ‘Institución Educativa N.° 5036’

Abstract

Los bajos niveles de educación en el país han contribuido a acrecentar las brechas de pobreza, índices de violencia, entre otros problemas sociales. Dentro de los diversos esfuerzos desarrollados desde el Estado se encuentra el Proyecto Educativo Nacional (PEN) al 2021, documento donde se establecen lineamientos para conseguir una educación con calidad más equitativa e inclusiva, y que a su vez está alineado con el cuarto Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Así también, existen diversos esfuerzos desde la sociedad civil para contribuir en aliviar esta problemática, como es el caso de Crea+ Perú, que se ha centrado en abordar la situación de vulnerabilidad de las/os niñas/os y adolescentes en edad escolar mediante el acceso a una educación de calidad, que propicia la responsabilidad social e incluye el desarrollo de capacidades, habilidades y talentos. La relevancia del estudio de esta investigación se sustenta en el análisis desarrollado en la contribución y potencialidad de la organización Crea+ Perú respecto del alcance de los objetivos del PEN al 2021. Asimismo, la presente investigación es un estudio de caso aplicado a la Institución Educativa N.° 5036 “Rafael Belaúnde Diez Canseco”, ubicado en el Callao, institución donde intervine Crea+ Perú desde el año 2016. El estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo, cuya muestra es significativa, no probabilística, escogido por juicio y conveniencia. La unidad de análisis principalmente son los dos usuarios de derecho del programa: los voluntarios, en una etapa inicial, y el grupo de niños, niñas y adolescentes que hacen uso de los servicios. Seguidamente están los directivos de Crea+ Perú, el director y profesores de la I.E. N.° 5036, y los padres y madres de familia. Dentro de sus objetivos específicos están: identificar los factores que intervienen en el proceso de selección de sus dos usuarios de derecho, el nivel de participación de los actores involucrados, los cambios producidos en los niños, niñas y adolescentes a través del aporte de los voluntarios y, por último, analizar las percepciones que tienen los estudiantes al participar de los talleres. De los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que el actor social Crea+ Perú sí tiene la potencialidad de contribuir con el PEN al 2021, por lo menos con los objetivos número dos y seis.

National Education Project (PEN) to 2021, this document establishes guidelines to achieve a more equitable and inclusive quality in education, which in turn is aligned with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). Likewise, there are various efforts from civil society to contribute in alleviating this problem, like the case of Crea+ Peru, which is focused on addressing the vulnerable situation of children and adolescents of school age through the access of quality education, which fosters social responsibility and includes the development of skills, abilities and talents. The relevance of the study of this research is based on the analysis developed in the contribution and potentiality of the organization Crea+ Peru regarding the scope of the PEN to 2021’ objectives. Likewise, this investigation is a case study applied to the Educational Institution N.° 5036 Rafael Belaúnde Diez Canseco, located in Callao, institution where Crea+ Peru intervened since 2016. The study has a qualitative approach, whose sample is significant, not probabilistic, chosen by judgment and convenience. The analysis unit is mainly consisting of two beneficiaries of the program: the volunteers, in an early stage, and the group of children and adolescents who make use of the services. Coming next are the managers of Crea+ Peru, the director and professors of the I.E. 5036, and parents. Among its specific objectives are: identifying the factors involved in the selection process of its two beneficiaries, the level of participation of the actors involved, changes in children and adolescents through the contribution of volunteers and finally, analyzing the perceptions acquired by the students when taking part in the workshops. From the results obtained it is evident that the social actor Crea+ Peru does have the potential to contribute with the PEN to 2021, at least with the objectives number two and six.
