A new international order of a transitory nature has been developed since 2008. It shows presenting a set of characteristics that will be the subject matter of this document. We speak of an international order to the extent that we limit our analysis to the order that prevails among sovereign states and we point out that it is transitory because its charac-teristics are not fully defined or established, and might vary along time. Likewise, we mark the beginning of this new order in 2008, as it is from then that the relative decline of the world superpower is evident.es_ES
