dc.description.abstract	El presente artículo nos sitúa en una realidad inobjetable del sistema legal: éste se encuentra lleno de dilemas y paradojas. Con respecto a los primeros, nos demuestra la permanente coexistencia y contradicción entre principios opuestos y dilemas que no pueden ser resueltos;y en cuanto a las segundas, que la adopción de estos dilemas o políticas no puede llevarse al extremo porque terminan autodestruyendo el sistema imperante.	es_ES
