Abstract

La obra de Máximo Vega-Centeno es fundamental para la modernización de la profesión del economista en el Perú, así como para el espíritu mismo de la disciplina. Este libro es un homenaje a su vida y a su trabajo y el reconocimiento a una carrera dedicada a analizar, desentrañar y enseñar los problemas estructurales de la economía peruana, trascendiendo las preguntas de la Economía y explicitando así la dimensión humana de la actividad económica.
