Resumen
El presente caso se desarrolla en Electronorte S.A; una empresa que pertenece al grupo Distriluz
y que se encuentra bajo el ámbito de FONAFE. Es una empresa del sector energético, que se dedica a la
comercialización y distribución de energía eléctrica y que tiene como ámbito de influencia el
departamento de Lambayeque y parte del departamento de Cajamarca. Inició sus operaciones el año 1983
y al año 2017 cuenta con 389 trabajadores distribuidos en sus cuatro unidades de negocio.
Karla Silva, la protagonista del caso, asumió la jefatura de la unidad de Recursos Humanos el año
2015, su oficina se encuentra ubicada en la unidad de negocios Chiclayo, su equipo de trabajo está
conformado por tres personas y dependen directamente de la Gerencia de Administración y Finanzas.
La empresa viene afrontando un grave problema, que al año 2017, el 39% de su personal de
planilla ha ingresado a través de una disposición del poder judicial, debido a la desnaturalización de los
contratos con el personal de las diversas empresas tercerizadoras que brindan servicio a Electronorte S.A.
Karla Silva deberá analizar las causas del problema e implementar las acciones necesarias para mejorar el
clima laboral y el rendimiento de éste grupo de trabajadores.
The present case is developed in Electronorte S.A; a company that belongs to the Distriluz group and that is under the scope of FONAFE. It is a company in the energy sector, which is dedicated to the commercialization and distribution of electricity and whose area of influence is the department of Lambayeque and part of the department of Cajamarca. It started its operations in 1983 and by 2017 it has 389 workers distributed in its four business units. Karla Silva, the protagonist of the case, assumed the leadership of the Human Resources unit in 2015, her office is located in the Chiclayo business unit, her work team is made up of three people and reports directly to the Administration Management and Finance. The company is facing a serious problem, that by 2017, 39% of its payroll personnel has entered through a provision of the judiciary, due to the denaturalization of contracts with the staff of the various outsourcing companies that provide service to Electronorte S.A. Karla Silva must analyze the causes of the problem and implement the necessary actions to improve the working environment and the performance of this group of workers.
