La revista Derecho PUCP es el vocero académico de la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, y como tal busca dar cuenta del quehacer científico de los profesores y alumnos que integran su claustro, de una parte, y, de otra, está comprometida con el debate general de ideas publicando las reflexiones de connotados investigadores en el campo jurídico principalmente, pero no de manera exclusiva, en la medida en que siempre tendrán cabida las reflexiones interdisciplinarias y las producidas en las otras ciencias y artes.
